Another example is a person who is eating foods that are full of fats, carbohydrates such as junkfoods and fatty foods, drinking alcohol and softdrinks. This can cause them into diseases like heart attack, stroke and other cardio-vascular diseases. And the other example the person who is fan in playing basketball, did you observed that there are many basketball players that are suffering from osteoarthritis? But how can we prevent these diseases.
In choosing our foods or when we pick our foods, we must choose the one that will add to our life and give us vitamins, protiens and others that can help us in our body to b healthy and keep away from thosehazardous diseases.
